Public domain. Useful timer utility, but has no GUI and runs from a configeration file. To enter/alter event times you have to use a text editor. Alternatively, you could get hold of a program called `Time Event' and use its GUI to edit CyberChron.

If you want an all-in-one timer utility, `EzChron' might be better.
